Lesson Policy

Booking

Lessons are arranged in advance through my online booking form on Calendly. Regular weekly sessions are encouraged for steady progress.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or move a lesson, please give at least 2 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may be charged in full.

Payments

Payment is made in advance of each lesson (via Stripe, when the booking is made).
Email receipts are provided by Stripe.

Safeguarding

I am fully DBS checked and follow safeguarding best practice.
For online lessons, a parent or guardian is welcome to be present.

Lesson Recordings

To help ensure student safety, lessons may be recorded. Recordings are kept securely for up to 30 days, then deleted. They are used only for safeguarding purposes and will never be shared without your consent (except if required by law).

Commitment

I will always provide well-planned, structured lessons tailored to each student. In return, I ask that students come prepared, engaged, and ready to learn.
